Wedding Filming Terms and Conditions

1. Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required.

2. Pre-wedding meeting will be arranged at our offices in Surrey, if not then a telephone meeting will be arranged.

3. The full balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding day. We do not release any production, until full payment is received.

4. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain and pay for any permission to film within the church or place of service. This is not the responsibility of Wedding Filming.com.

5. Wedding Filming.com will take care of any photographs or other material supplied by you, but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. In the event of equipment failure or illness Wedding Filming.com shall not be liable for any compensation other than to refund the amount paid. Wedding Filming.com are not accountable for any unforeseen problems that may occur on the way to the venues. Our equipment is regularly checked, but Wedding Filming.com is not held responsible under any circumstances for any unforeseen losses, omissions or problems, including emotional dismay, that could occur during filming.

7. While all care, skill and diligence is employed during filming it is understood that the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of video or recording, liability will be limited to a full refund of any fees paid.

8. It is a legal requirement to buy a wedding license in order to have any music from your service in your DVD. This also applies to the reception. As the music / readings are your choice it is your responsibility to obtain this license, which can be done at www.videolicense.co.uk. (Average cost 25 pounds)

9. Wedding Filming.com do not expect to sit down to eat with guests at the reception, however it has also proved difficult to take sandwiches and a drink to a reception as the owners of hotels and clubs do not allow this, so when filming periods exceed 3 hours we will require arrangements for a meal (i.e. sandwiches & soft drink).

10. The video tapes used in our cameras are 60 minutes in length. We can use longer tapes but need to know in advance. We will endeavour to ensure that tapes do not need changing at crucial points but if this isn’t possible we are not liable for the omissions. (Tape changes take approximately 15 seconds).

11. If you have booked Wedding Filming.com to film the first dance this can be no later than 9:30pm, filming after this might incur an additional charge, unless agreed prior to the wedding day.

12. Wedding Filming.com will endeavour to finish your DVD before you return from honeymoon. If your honeymoon is less than 2 weeks we cannot be held responsible for not completing before your return.

13. Wedding Filming.com archive a master copy of your DVD for future duplication. Wedding Filming.com cannot be held accountable for any damage to this DVD.

14. The final DVD will be copyrighted to Wedding Filming.com, and copying the DVDs will be breach of copyright.

15. We reserve the right to use any video footage filmed at your wedding to use in our promotional DVD. You can request in writing to opt out of this.
