Wedding Filming Terms and Conditions

1. Liquid Productions store a master copy of your DVD for future duplication. Liquid cannot be held accountable for any damage to this DVD.

2. Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of £100 or more is required.

3. The full balance is due 14 days prior to the filming. We do not release any production, until full payment is received.

4. Liquid will take care of any photographs or other material supplied by you, but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. In the event of equipment failure or illness Liquid shall not be liable for any compensation but will refund the amount paid.

6. Any differing aspects to the day should be submitted in writing a minimum of 14 days before the wedding day so we can prepare, such as, someone giving a reading at the church or singers at the church or bride arriving in a 18 wheeled truck or someone giving a formal speech aside the usual three at the reception, if we do not receive this in writing we will not be accountable for its omission.

7. Liquid are not accountable for any unforeseen problems that may occur on the way to the venues or during video filming. Our equipment is regularly checked, but Liquid is not held responsible under any circumstances for any unforeseen losses, omissions or problems, including emotional dismay, that could occur during filming.

8. By booking Liquid, we understand you have cleared with the church all filming rights, and in some cases, paid for the privilege to have a cameraman at the church. Liquid is not held responsible for this not being cleared.

9. The music to accompany your production is your choice and therefore is up to you to seek copyright approval for use within your video (from the M.C.P.S). We cannot be held responsible for any claims arising from breach of copyright. We can however, arrange copyright free music for you.

10. Liquid Productions do not expect to sit down to eat with guests at the reception, however it has also proved difficult to take sandwiches and a drink to a reception as the owners of hotels and clubs do not allow this, so when filming periods exceed 3 hours we will require arrangements for a light snack (i.e. sandwiches & soft drink).

11. The video tapes used in our cameras are 60 minutes in length. We will endeavor to ensure that tapes do not need changing at crucial points but if this isnt possible we are not liable for the omission of key moments. (Tape changes take approximately 15 seconds).

12. Liquid will endeavor to release the final DVD within 4 weeks of the wedding date but cannot be held responsible if this isnt possible. Normally DVDs are completed within 2 weeks.

13. If you have booked Liquid to film the first dance this can be no later than 9:30pm, filming after this will incur an additional charge.

These terms and conditions of business and the contract between parties shall be construed and applied in accordance with the Law of England and shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
